1. Who operates this site

Full details are in the legal notice. By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

2. What this site is, and what it is not

This site is an independent editorial publication about the video game Enlisted. It is information, not advice. It is not:

• an official source for the game, its developer or its publisher;
• a shop — nothing is sold here and no contract is concluded with you;
• a service provider for the game, an account provider or a support channel;
• a source of professional, legal, financial or technical advice.

3. Advertising funding and partner links

This site is funded by affiliate commission. Links marked “Partner link” lead to an advertiser or an affiliate network, and Business rate s.r.o. may receive a commission if you register or transact there. You pay nothing extra as a result. 4. Accuracy, and the primacy of the game publisher's own information

We take reasonable care over accuracy, cite our sources, and correct errors when they are pointed out. However, Enlisted is a live service that is patched, rebalanced and repriced continuously. Content here may become out of date without notice.

Where anything on this site conflicts with the game publisher's own current information — its website, its store listing or its terms — the game publisher's information prevails. Always check the official source before making a decision.

5. No guaranteed outcome

We make no promise about any result you will obtain, in the game or otherwise. We publish no guaranteed-outcome claims, no artificial deadlines and no invented urgency. If you ever see something on this site that reads like one, it is an error — please report it.

Third-party trademarks, including “Enlisted”, remain the property of their owners and are used here nominatively, for identification. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any rights holder mentioned on it.

8. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at damaging volume, or gain unauthorised access to this site or its server.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Business rate s.r.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.

10. Age

The game described on this site is rated PEGI 16 / ESRB Mature 17+, and its developer's terms state the online service is not provided to users under 16. This site is not intended for children.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the top of the page.

12. Law and jurisdiction

Czech law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the EU country in which you are habitually resident. Contact us first at info@vestronov.online — we would rather resolve a complaint than litigate it.
